Searching Out Fear

Onsite Drug & Alcohol TestingFear is based upon so many things, including our past subjective experiences in life. Unfortunately, humans become afraid of things which they do not understand and with which they do not have enough experience. For that reason, most humans in every country in the world, no matter the socio-economic status in their region, still do not venture past more than six subjects around which they build their lives or their passions or their careers. In fact, humans are really good at not being able to really fully handle more than one or at the most two of these subjects at one time. Some common subjects include college majors, interests, sports, family, vacation areas and rentals, etc. While most humans are able to dip their toes into a few other subjects, they really do not excel in more than one or two at any given time.

Those of you who are the exception to this rule learn to make extremely efficient use of your time.

Fear occurs when someone does not know or understand enough about something which they do not feel qualified to learn more about or interested enough to search out. Thus, their fear stays with them. The key to overcoming any fear at all, any uncertainty, any disillusion, or any anger is to learn about what is going on, the subject, the person, the cultural norm, and so on, until they have more than enough information with which to be fearless for some time.

Of course, things change and people have to adapt to their surroundings, and this may involve learning a great deal more about a particular subject, the in the end, it dispels that gnawing sensation in your heart, in your chest, and in your stomach. It gets rid of the excess and unnecessary reactions within you.

Not every business can count on all of their employees to search out a matter before reacting impulsively to a situation. However, employee drug and alcohol screening is excellent in keeping the peace until problems are resolved, and in making sure that unexplained behavior might possibly have an explanation.
