Change Is Growth

Change is one of those things which we all fear to some extent, unless our circumstances are so negative in our own mDrug Testing Equipmentinds that it feels like change could only bring good news. Change is, in a sense, something which we all avoid if we can, but which we usually enjoy once we have it. How can you make change work for you, rather than against your emotional state of mind?

Workplace drug testing does not, in fact, implement change within a business. You are the only one who implements this change, and that is based upon the facts revealed by drug and alcohol testing. Of course, you will want to make sure that your business is in sound hands, the hands of your employees, and so your decision is almost always tied to the results of drug screening, but this is not always necessarily the case.

Change, however, does indicate growth, and many people would do well to leverage change on their side, rather than avoiding it and trying to control it all of the time. For instance, job loss in the minds of many people is simply something to avoid and to prevent at all costs, and yet there are costs which are high above the level of job loss. You only want to pay the best price for your experiences, not an amount which far exceeds the worth of that experience.

Onsite drug and alcohol testing gives you data and information with which you can implement changes in your own business. Even for you, change can be difficult, though your job is not in any danger. However, you can still fear the process of having to hire someone else and get them correctly and comfortably implemented into the current business. This process may cause you to put off getting rid of an employee when it would, in fact, be in everyone’s best interest to fire them.

The matter entails great consideration, no matter the circumstances.
